• Returns: As our products are greeting cards and paper goods, we are only able to accept returns if the item arrives damaged or faulty. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

• Reporting an Issue: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging.

• Refunds/Replacement: Once we review your claim, we will arrange either a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.

• Shipping Costs: If a return is approved, we will cover the cost of return postage for faulty or damaged items.

• Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via Royal Mail to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

• Packaging: Each card is packed in a thick protective envelope to prevent bending or damage in transit. A classic white envelope is also included with every card.

• Delivery Area: Please note that we currently ship within the UK only.

• Shipping Cost: Postage is calculated at checkout and depends on the size and weight of your order.
